Is it Autumn Again? The days may be getting cooler, but music (and mimosas) will keep you warm. Come join Calgary’s WNBB Big Band (a.k.a. “The Wednesday Night Big Band”) on October 17th for Saturday Big Band Brunch at the Blues Can, one of Calgary’s liveliest music venues (2002 – 16 Ave NW; https://www.thebluescan.com).

We have a great show with classics from the Count Basie Big Band and the Gershwins to today’s writers and arrangers, including Albertans Pat Belliveau, Craig Johnson and Larry Shrum. And of course, there will be lots of solos and features from the band.

The show starts at 11:30 AM. $20 cover (cash only please).
